On June 27, 2013 the majority of the Basque Parliament approved the following text on the latest radio licenses attribution :
The Basque Parliament urges the Basque Government:
1. To give an answer within two months to the problem of granting licenses to offer radio services
2. To proceed to regulating the access of free and community radios, regardless of the resolution to be adopted.
3. To ensure the presence of Basque language in the field of radios, fulfilling the citizenship rights recognized in the Euskera Act and compliance with current legislation.
